Kullanım Koşulları
1. Hizmetin Tanımı
Solva; kullanıcıların ilaçlarını kaydedip zamanlamasını yapabildiği, doz zamanı geldiğinde cihaz üzerinden yerel bildirim aldığı, gizlilik odaklı bir mobil uygulamadır. Tüm veriler kullanıcının cihazında tutulur.
2. Tıbbi Sorumluluk Reddi
Solva tıbbi bir cihaz değildir. Aşağıdakilerin yerine geçmez:
- Doktor muayenesi, teşhisi veya tedavisi
- Reçete ya da eczacı tavsiyesi
- Acil tıbbi yardım
İlaç bilgilerini uygulamaya doğru girmek tamamen kullanıcının sorumluluğundadır. Uygulama, girilen bilgilerin doğruluğunu doğrulamaz ve ilaç etkileşimleri için uyarı vermez.
3. Bildirimlerin Güvenilirliği
Uygulama, bildirimlerin zamanında çalması için makul tüm çabayı gösterir. Ancak bildirimlerin teslim edilmesi, kullanıcının cihazına, işletim sistemine, pil optimizasyon ayarlarına ve diğer cihaz koşullarına bağlıdır. Solva, bildirimlerin her koşulda mutlaka çalacağını garanti edemez. Hayati öneme sahip ilaç hatırlatıcılar için yedek yöntemler (örn. fiziksel hap kutusu, başka bir alarm) kullanmanız önerilir.
4. Kullanıcı Sorumlulukları
Uygulamayı kullanırken:
- İlaç bilgilerini doğru ve güncel tutmak sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır
- Bildirim izinlerini ve gerekli sistem ayarlarını uygulama tarafından önerildiği şekilde yapılandırmanız beklenir
- Uygulamayı yalnızca yasal ve kişisel amaçlarla kullanacağınızı kabul edersiniz
- Uygulamayı tersine mühendislik yapmamayı, kötüye kullanmamayı veya işlevini bozacak şekilde değiştirmemeyi kabul edersiniz
5. Veri ve Yedekleme
Tüm verileriniz yalnızca cihazınızda saklanır. Bu, gizliliği maksimize eder ancak şu anlama gelir:
- Uygulamayı silerseniz tüm verileriniz silinir
- Cihazınız kaybolur, bozulur veya sıfırlanırsa verileriniz kaybolur
- Otomatik bulut yedekleme yoktur
Verilerinizin kaybedilmesinden Solva sorumlu değildir.
6. Fikri Mülkiyet
Solva adı, logosu, arayüz tasarımı, kaynak kodu ve tüm görsel öğeler geliştiricinin fikri mülkiyetidir. İzinsiz kopyalanamaz, dağıtılamaz veya türev çalışma oluşturmak için kullanılamaz.
7. Sorumluluğun Sınırlandırılması
Yürürlükteki yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde, Solva ve geliştiricisi; uygulamanın kullanımından veya kullanılamamasından doğan doğrudan, dolaylı, arızi, özel veya cezai zararlardan sorumlu tutulamaz. Buna kaçırılan dozlar, geç bildirimler veya hatalı veri girişinden kaynaklanan sağlık sonuçları dahildir.
8. Hizmette Yapılan Değişiklikler
Geliştirici, önceden bildirimde bulunarak veya bulunmaksızın uygulamayı güncelleyebilir, özellik ekleyebilir veya kaldırabilir, ya da hizmeti sonlandırabilir.
9. Bu Koşullarda Yapılan Değişiklikler
Bu Kullanım Koşulları zaman zaman güncellenebilir. Önemli değişiklikler bu sayfada yayımlanır ve "Son güncelleme" tarihi değişir. Uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmek, güncellenmiş koşulları kabul etmek anlamına gelir.
10. Uygulanacak Hukuk
Bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarına tabidir. Uyuşmazlıklarda İstanbul mahkemeleri ve icra daireleri yetkilidir.

Terms of Use
1. Description of the Service
Solva is a privacy-focused mobile application that allows users to record and schedule their medications and receive local notifications on their device when it's time for a dose. All data is stored only on the user's device.
2. Medical Disclaimer
Solva is not a medical device. It does not replace:
- Examination, diagnosis, or treatment by a doctor
- Prescription or pharmacist advice
- Emergency medical care
Entering medication information correctly into the app is entirely the user's responsibility. The app does not verify the accuracy of the entered information and does not provide warnings for drug interactions.
3. Reliability of Notifications
The app makes every reasonable effort to deliver notifications on time. However, notification delivery depends on your device, its operating system, battery optimization settings, and other device conditions. Solva cannot guarantee that notifications will fire under all circumstances. For life-critical medication reminders, we recommend using backup methods (e.g., a physical pill organizer, an additional alarm).
4. User Responsibilities
While using the app, you agree that:
- It is your responsibility to keep medication information accurate and up to date
- You will configure notification permissions and required system settings as recommended by the app
- You will use the app only for lawful and personal purposes
- You will not reverse engineer, misuse, or modify the app in ways that impair its function
5. Data and Backup
All your data is stored only on your device. This maximizes privacy, but it also means:
- If you delete the app, all your data is deleted
- If your device is lost, damaged, or reset, your data will be lost
- There is no automatic cloud backup
Solva is not responsible for the loss of your data.
6. Intellectual Property
The Solva name, logo, interface design, source code, and all visual elements are the intellectual property of the developer. They may not be copied, distributed, or used to create derivative works without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Solva and its developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the app. This includes missed doses, delayed notifications, or health outcomes resulting from incorrect data entry.
8. Changes to the Service
The developer may update the app, add or remove features, or discontinue the service at any time, with or without prior notice.
9. Changes to These Terms
These Terms of Use may be updated from time to time. Significant changes will be published on this page and reflected in the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be subject to the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul.
